Ali White

Ali is a Senior Consultant for Bendelta specialising in building organisational capability, leadership and performance management. She holds an Honours degree in Psychology from the University of Newcastle. Recent significant projects include: development of performance management systems, processes and training for a major not-for-profit; competency model analysis and development for a community-focused government body; instructional design for performance management training for offshore managers in a multi-national corporation; and executive development and career-planning for the CEO’s direct reports in a highly-regarded listed entity.

Prior to Bendelta, Ali was a global Project Manager in Performance & Talent Management for Barclays Capital (London) responsible for the Managing Director promotions process. This was a highly visible role requiring Ali to engage with senior stakeholders across the bank to collate and evaluate sensitive candidate information. Earlier, Ali spent three years in HR project management and consultancy on leadership development programs, employee engagement surveys, assessment centres, career management and outplacement support.
