Anthony Mitchell
Anthony is a Director and co-founder of Bendelta (since 2003), strategy and leadership advisors to leading international organisations. His speciality is helping clients to better understand and leverage the linkage between strategy and leadership in knowledge-driven businesses. Prior to Bendelta, Anthony spent 12 years with the Sheffield Group where he was a Partner and CEO of Sheffield Australia.
Anthony has been advising companies internationally for the last 19 years. In the last year alone, he worked in 12 countries (on strategic issues across 30 countries) including Australia, New Zealand, China, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines and Japan, advising clients ranging from leading multi-nationals and one of the largest banks in the Asia-Pacific region to major Federal agencies and not-for-profits.
Current appointments:
External appointee to the Strategy Group of the Audit Office of New South Wales since 2008
Chairman and National President of Amnesty International Australia and Board member since 2008.
Anthony holds degrees in Mathematics and Psychology from the University of Auckland (where he was Senior Scholar in both the Mathematics and Psychology faculties), and post-graduate Business qualifications from Cornell University, New York.
