This often includes a 180 or 360 feedback component, which may be combined with other behavioural and psychometric assessments to give a full picture of the strengths and development areas of individuals and teams. Bendelta's onine assessments have been tailored to a variety of competency frameworks in use in the public and private sectors; additionally we are able to draw from the Bendelta Competency Library or design a diagnostic tool to fit with a client's existing framework.
