Anthony
Mitchell
Anthony Mitchell is a Director and co-founder of Bendelta (since 2003), strategy and leadership advisors to leading international organisations. His speciality is helping clients to better understand and leverage the linkage between strategy and leadership in knowledge-driven businesses. Prior to Bendelta, Anthony spent 12 years with the Sheffield Group where he was a Partner and CEO of Sheffield Australia.
Anthony has been advising companies internationally for the last 17 years. In 2008 alone, he has worked in 12 countries (on strategic issues across 30 countries) including Australia, New Zealand, China, India, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines and Japan, advising clients ranging from major multi-nationals to Australia's leading law firm and one of the largest banks in the Asia-Pacific region.

Anthony holds degrees in Mathematics and Psychology from the University of Auckland (where he was Senior Scholar in both the Mathematics and Psychology faculties), and post-graduate Business qualifications from Cornell University, New York.

Natalie
Archer
Natalie is a founding Director of Bendelta
and a practice area expert in Strategic
Business Analysis, Organisational Alignment
and Executive Development. Specifically,
she is Bendelta's Practice Leader for Partner
Effectiveness Programs (PEP). [PEP is a
joint venture between Bendelta and FMRC
Legal, providing accelerated coaching for
Partners and leaders in legal firms.] Natalie
is also a Certified Master Coach with the
Behavioural Coaching Institute.
Natalie is also a member of the Board of
World Vision New Zealand and a member of
the WVNZ Micro Enterprise Development Advisory
Group, giving her frequent hands-on involvement
in international relations and governance
matters.
Based out of Bendelta's Sydney office, Natalie
works with clients across a broad range
of sectors including media, professional
services, government agencies and major
listed corporates. She assists clients with
both business review and strategy formulation,
as well as with the practicalities of making
change work, including the coaching of senior
executives to achieve optimal effectiveness.
Previous to Bendelta, Natalie spent five
years working in management consultancy,
based out of New Zealand and Australia.
She holds degrees in Management and Psychology,
both from the University of Auckland. |

Natalie
Ferres
Natalie is a Senior Consultant and Research
Leader for Bendelta and specialises in the
areas of leadership development, change
management, research methodology and assessment.
Natalie has published widely and presented
at numerous international conferences on
her areas of expertise.
Previous to Bendelta, Natalie worked as
an Organisational Psychologist, a Lecturer
for several universities and a Consulting
Partner for Emotional Intelligence Development
Australia. She continues as a contract Lecturer
for both the Adelaide Graduate School of
Business (AGSB) and Newcastle Graduate School
of Business (NGSB), where she teaches MBA
units across Asia. Natalie has also worked
in clinical psychology and mental health
and was previously the Manager of Executive
Programs and the Director of the Sydney
MBA for the NGSB.
Natalie has undergraduate, honours and Masters
qualifications in Psychology from the University
of Newcastle. She holds a PHD in Leadership, which was undertaken at the University
of Adelaide. Results of Natalie's research
have appeared in journals such as Personnel
Review, the International Journal of Organisational
Behaviour, Strategic Change, the Journal
of Business and Leadership and the Journal
of Managerial Psychology. |
Jeremy Noble
Jeremy Noble is a Senior Consultant with Bendelta. Jeremy specialises in helping businesses clarify objectives and align leadership, processes and organisational capability to support strategy.
Jeremy also conducts reviews of organisational capability in areas such as IT and HR. He has experienced working across a number of areas: behavioural capability, corporate structure (function and role design), customer service, sales and marketing channels, product development and management, IT/systems and performance measurement and management.
Jeremy has been a management consultant for 9 years. Jeremy began his career working as a paralegal in corporate litigation for a top-tier law firm before joining the business development unit of the London Stock Exchange. Jeremy spent 4 years at Sibson & Co, consulting to organisations across a number of industries, assisting senior management on issues affecting alignment of people and processes to strategy. Jeremy joined Bendelta after spending 3 years as a freelance consultant, continuing strong relationships with a number of clients in UK, US and Australia. Jeremy has a First Class Psychology BSc from the University of Leeds in the UK.

Mike
Carden
Michael acts as a Special Associate to Bendelta,
providing consulting expertise on technology-related
management solutions for special projects.
Michael is also a Principal of Longcoast
Bendelta, a joint venture organisation using
the combined capabilities of the two firms
for multi-disciplinary interventions. Most
recently, Longcoast Bendelta has pioneered
C-CAM (Collaborative Customer Asset Management),
a technology-driven marketing framework,
successfully piloted with a leading Fortune
50 manufacturing organisation to revolutionise
its management of major retailer accounts.
Michael's full-time role is as CEO of Longcoast,
a leading business technology firm. He is
also an Executive Director of Sonar Six,
a specialist management software firm.

Ton Hulsbosch
Ton acts as a Special Associate to Bendelta,
providing consulting expertise on projects
involving major capital flows (e.g. mergers,
site rationalisation, asset acquisition
and disposal) and complex decision analysis.
On projects involving irreversible major
commitments and/or significant balance sheet
impact, his academic and practical expertise
in structured decision-making and due diligence
is invaluable.
Ton's commercial background in strategy,
finance and distribution functions is extensive,
including the role of Head of Special Projects
for Fletcher Challenge Forests, focused
on developing FCF's North American distribution
strategy and conducting viability analyses
on various companies ranging from start-ups
to over $100m, in the Pacific, European
and North American markets. He is a qualified
civil engineer, with a business degree in
Economics and Marketing and a post graduate
diploma in Finance. |
Vicki
Brannagan
Vikki acts as a Special Associate for Bendelta
on projects requiring high levels of general
management oversight and specialist market/industry
analysis. Vikki holds a CEO role for a major
New Zealand retail chain but acts for Bendelta
on a special project basis, bringing to
bear her particular expertise in industry
structure analysis, business performance
review and the commercialisation of new
business opportunities.
Her marketing and general management experience
spans a number of corporate and privately
owned enterprises, including a Managing
Director of two Fletcher Building companies
(one of New Zealand's largest publicly-listed
entities). She has practical, hands-on experience
in the leadership of manufacturing and service-industry
organisations and the challenges inherent
in leading both large and small, multicultural
organisations through periods of significant
change.
Vikki's management and consulting experience
spans a wide variety of industries, including
retail; exporting; importing; wholesale
distribution; manufacturing; building products;
packaging; financial services; and franchising.
She provides business consultancy and project
management services in the areas of strategic
insight, business commercialisation, leadership
and executive coaching.
Vikki graduated B.A / B.Com from the University
of Auckland and has since completed live-in
executive programmes at Darden and Harvard
Business Schools. |
Susan Harrison
Susan Harrison is a Bendelta Special Associate, providing Executive Coaching to a small number of Senior Executives within Bendelta clients. Her other role is with Racing Victoria Limited, where she is General Manager ñ Organisation Development & Human Resources.
Susan is a highly skilled executive coach (qualified with a psychology degree and through the highly-regarded Coach and Mentor Practice Program with CoachCorp). From her roles with Accenture and Monash (see below), Susan has developed exemplary skills in assisting senior executives to deal with difficult leadership challenges, master new capabilities and deliver outstanding results.
Susan was formerly with Accenture (from 1995-2001) where she was an Associate Partner. She was based in Australia and the United Kingdom and worked at various times in Europe, Ireland, South Africa and Asia Pacific. Susanís roles ranged from Transition Director for the Pacific Dunlop outsourcing project (with 60 staff reporting) to Regional HR Director (UK, Ireland and South Africa). From 1990-1995, Susan was Director, Human Resources of Monash University.

Michelle Lin
Michelle is a Consultant for Bendelta specialising in strategy research and market analysis. She works with leading corporations to analyse their markets and crystallise the findings to inform forward-looking strategies for competitive advantage.
Prior to Bendelta, Michelle was a Research Analyst for Frost & Sullivan specialising in biotechnology and pharmaceuticals across Australia, Asia Pacific, North America and the EU. Earlier, she was an analyst with the Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Natural Resources where her work contributed to the NSW Governmentís Metro Strategy.
Michelle has an in-depth knowledge of the commercialisation of intellectual property, having written technology-based business plans and consulting work for the Australian Graduate School of Management. She also has experience within the investment banking sector where she was responsible for analysing publicly listed Australian and Asian biotechnology and healthcare companies.
Michelle is a graduate from the University of New South Wales, and holds a double degree in Commerce (Hons)/Science with majors in Biotechnology and International Business. She also holds a Diploma in Innovation Management.

François Faure
François is a Senior Consultant for Bendelta, specialising in Change Management and Senior Executive Development. He works closely with CEOs and senior executives to help them drive successful transformation, both at an organisational and individual level. François is an expert coach and mentor, with over 10 years' experience with clients from diverse backgrounds, ranging from professional services and industrial firms to professional athletes.
Prior to Bendelta, François spent 12 years with a leading European executive coaching firm, including four years as General Manager - Western Europe responsible for 50 management staff across seven countries. His international career includes major project management roles with large engineering organisations, such as the Areva Group and Asea Brown Boveri, as well as senior management roles in not-for-profit organisations.
François holds two Masters Degrees: one in Engineering (Robotics) and one in Human Resources Management. He is a Certified Professional of the Australian Human Resource Institute.
