Megan Fulford

Megan is a Manager for Bendelta, based in Melbourne. She is an expert in organisational development and a Registered Psychologist, possessing both a Masters in Clinical Psychology and wisdom drawn from years of practical experience in dealing with individual, team and organisational systems. Megan brings Bendelta clients a valuable blend of disciplined project management, skilled professionalism and powerful insights into human dynamics.

Megan has extensive and diverse experience - including her senior roles in both the public and private sectors, both as a senior manager and as a psychologist dealing with the most challenging human issues. She brings this expertise to bear to lead some of Bendelta’s largest organisational psychology projects – including leadership development, executive coaching, 360-degree assessment, performance management, culture surveys, organisational design and change management.

Megan’s ability to address both management and psychological issues is informed by her high-achieving background. As a psychologist, she has led crisis response teams and served as Manager Clinical Services/Senior Police Psychologist for the Victoria Police. As a senior leader, she has been both a Director of Organisational Development and a Director of Psychological Services in Federal Government and an Organisational Psychologist in professional services firms. She is not only technically adept, but brings practical experience from leading teams and managing her own business, combining to deliver outstanding client outcomes.
