Nina Dejmanee

Nina is a Manager for Bendelta, specialising in organisational development and human capital measurement. She brings a blend of experience as an industry practitioner and a management consultant, having worked with both private and public sector organisations across a range of industries to measure and improve individual and organisational capability.
Nina’s expertise lies in the analysis of qualitative and quantitative data in order to inform data-driven people strategies and initiatives. She has extensive experience in staff surveys and other diagnostics, as well as analysing workforce data to understand human capital trends and identify strategic HR priorities. Using evidence-based approaches, Nina has designed and delivered HR solutions across the employment lifecycle, including: candidate attraction and employment value proposition development; best practice recruitment methodology; staff engagement diagnostics and interventions; resource planning and analysis of workforce effectiveness; and retention strategies.
Prior to Bendelta, Nina was a manager in the People Strategy function at a major investment bank, and a management consultant at a Big 4 accounting firm. She holds a Masters degree in Organisational Psychology with first class honours from the University of New South Wales.
