Susan Harrison

Susan is a Special Associate for Bendelta, providing Executive Coaching to a small number of Senior Executives within Bendelta clients. Her other role is with Racing Victoria Limited, where she is General Manager Organisation Development & Human Resources.

Susan is a highly skilled executive coach (qualified with a psychology degree and through the highly-regarded Coach and Mentor Practice Program with CoachCorp). From her roles with Accenture and Monash (see below), Susan has developed exemplary skills in assisting senior executives to deal with difficult leadership challenges, master new capabilities and deliver outstanding results.

Susan was formerly with Accenture (from 1995-2001) where she was an Associate Partner. She was based in Australia and the United Kingdom and worked at various times in Europe, Ireland, South Africa and Asia Pacific. Susan's roles ranged from Transition Director for the Pacific Dunlop outsourcing project (with 60 staff reporting) to Regional HR Director (UK, Ireland and South Africa). From 1990-1995, Susan was Director, Human Resources of Monash University.
