Natalie Micarone and Anthony Mitchell created Bendelta in 2003, with Natalie Ferres joining the founding leadership team shortly after. Their ambition was to build a place where great talent flocks and flourishes. Where your authentic self and unique talents are all that’s needed to succeed. Where momentum is driven by optimism and transparency rather than being held back by politics and resource constraints.
