We were delighted to partner with IPAA at the CEO and Young Professionals breakfast last week around what is the best predictor of your future career success – your performance or your potential?
The thought provoking event focused on ideas about the difference between potential and performance and how they might impact an individual’s future career. We also heard from speakers sharing their thoughts on how performance and potential might be developed in all young professionals to create a stronger talent pipeline and a stronger NSW public sector.
There were some great ideas around how to build a world class public sector and individuals engaged in table discussion afterwards about the attributes and behaviours of high potential and high performance individuals and how they might be identified and developed.
