Anjanie is a Manager with a background in leadership development, assessment and organisational development. Her expertise lies in working with organisations to better understand the capability, potential and development needs of their talent, as well as gain deeper insight into the roles, teams and culture their talent live within. Anjanie is really passionate about then turning this insight into action, provoking learning, change and sustainable improvement cross-organisation. In this capacity Anjanie wears many hats – designer, facilitator, analyst, challenger, problem solver and general devil’s advocate. She is keen to acquire even more hats.
Anjanie has worked with numerous clients large and small across Australia and parts of Asia. She has particular exposure to those in banking and financial services, manufacturing, professional services, retail, energy and government.
Prior to joining Bendelta, Anjanie has worked in consulting, learning and organisational development, and talent management. She holds a Masters of Psychology (Organisational), a Bachelor of Science (Psychology Honours), and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales. She is a Registered Psychologist in Australia, and is accredited in a number of assessment tools measuring personality, capability, potential and more.
