Ali Noble

Ali is a Principal Consultant specialising in managing and delivering programs to build self-insight and enhance individual and organisational capability and performance. Ali has strong expertise in workshop design and facilitation, and disciplined project management. Ali brings a blend of experience having worked overseas and in Australia with employees at all levels from both public and private sector organisations across a range of industries.

Ali has designed, delivered and project managed many of Bendelta’s large and complex projects including multi-level and longitudinal leadership development programs, and multi-faceted development centres. In addition, she has played a key role on many strategic organisational development initiatives including performance management solutions, Training Needs Analyses, team building events, and change management processes. Ali has received excellent feedback on her ability to tailor programs to meet the needs of a diverse audience, and for her interactive and engaging facilitation style.

Prior to Bendelta, Ali was a global Project Manager in Performance & Talent Management for Barclays Capital (London) responsible for the Managing Director’s promotions process. Earlier, Ali spent three years in HR project management and consultancy on leadership development programs, employee engagement surveys, assessment centres, career management and outplacement support, in addition to working in recruitment.

Ali holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from the University of Newcastle. Ali also holds a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Education, and is an accredited practitioner in a number of self-insight tools, including the Human Synergistics Life Styles Inventory (LSI), Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), and the DISC profile.
