Anthony Mitchell

Anthony is the Chairman and co-founder of Bendelta and a vastly experienced consultant. He has led many large, complex projects, including many in the human services and social services domains. He has deep expertise in the technical areas of capability modelling, workforce management, change management, and learning and development. Anthony’s strengths lie in bringing together diverse perspectives to help organisations tackle their most complex and multi-faceted strategic challenges.

  • Advised CEOs and Boards of disability sector organisations and Aboriginal sector organisations, as well as health, education, employment and child protection entities, including not-for-profits.
  • Led numerous multi-partite projects, bringing together diverse stakeholders at a whole-of-system level to create shared solutions for reform and advancement.

Anthony is the Chair of the Aurora Education Foundation, an organisation doing incredible work in academic pathways for talented Aboriginal students and a member of the Amnesty International 2020 Council.
