Charlotte is a Manager who holds a Master of Organisational Psychology from Macquarie University. She has experience in areas such as assessment and selection, survey design, analysis, and project coordination, and has been building her skillset in the broad areas of organisational and leadership development. Specifically, Charlotte has enthusiastically become involved in the design, delivery, and management of programs for a range of clients.
Charlotte’s background in psychology means that she is passionate about evidence-based practice and using current research to support and inform her work. Her other interests lie in promoting the health and wellbeing of employees at work, with a particular focus on the role of resilience. Through her Masters internships and research theses, she has developed a curiosity towards the impact that employee wellbeing can have on performance at work, and has specifically investigated topics such as diversity and inclusion, and organisational commitment.
Charlotte prides herself on her warm interpersonal style and inquisitive nature. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) from the University of Newcastle, and is a Registered Psychologist with AHPRA. Charlotte is accredited in some psychometric tools which may be used for selection and development purposes, including the Saville suite of assessments and the Hogan Assessments.
