Christie Little

Christie is a Principal Consultant. For the past decade she has partnered with organisations around the world to transform leadership, build team effectiveness and deliver high performing cultures. She is dedicated to improving the human experience of work through a combination of facilitation, training, coaching and program design. Christie integrates her experience and education in leadership, change management, economics, resilience and wellbeing to offer a holistic approach to her clients.

In addition to working with Bendelta she is the owner of Frontier Wellbeing, a global corporate wellbeing consultancy with offices in Australia and Europe. She is the co-founder and former Managing Director of The Performance Clinic, an Executive Coaching consultancy now owned by KPMG. Christie was employed as the People Lead of the Leadership Development team during her time at global talent consultancy Korn Ferry. Christie’s qualifications include:
