Diana Alvarez Mattiz
Diana is a Senior Consultant specialising in Project Management, leading both external client projects and internal initiatives. Diana is actively involved in Bendelta’s signature development programs, such as CapacityDELTA. She works to implement key strategic programs, with a particular focus on Potentiology, Bendelta’s blueprint for preparing individuals and organisations for a new way of working around Human Potential.
Previously, Diana has worked at the United Nations (UN) Office in Geneva, Switzerland as a Senior Project and Liaison Officer for areas related to migrants and refugees. Most recently she worked at the Office of the UN Secretary General for Food Security and Nutrition, as an Evaluation Manager. Prior to the UN, Diana worked at the European Parliament in France and Belgium. Throughout her various roles, Diana has conducted multiple field missions in Africa, Latin America and Asia.
Diana holds a Master’s degree in Project Management, Cooperation & Development and a Bachelor of Political Sciences & International Relations from SciencesPo in France. Diana has also gained post-graduate diplomas from both Oxford (in Development Studies – Refugees and Forced Migration) and Harvard (in Advanced Executive Communication Skills). Diana is also fluent in English, French and Spanish with an intermediate level of Italian.
Diana is known as “Lady Traveller” as she is constantly travelling the world. When she is at home, she can be found practising yoga or meditation on the beach!
