Dr Melisah Feeney
Melisah is a Senior Manager with wide-ranging experience developing individuals, teams and organisational systems to improve capability and performance. Melisah is an organisational psychologist with senior executive experience across government, private and non-profit sectors leading complex organisation transformation and change. She is skilled in a wide range of creative approaches and evidence-based tools to gather insights and facilitate organisational sustainability. Melisah has considerable experience in strategy, organisation design, cultural change, employee engagement, leadership development and coaching, job design, workforce development, performance system frameworks, conflict management, workplace diversity and recruitment and assessment.
Melisah is also an accredited practitioner in PROSCI Change Management, MLQ Transformation Leadership and 360, Hogan’s Personality Inventory, Saville Wave Questionnaires, IEQ Enneagram Tools for Coaching and Organisation Development, Passion Mapping, Leadership Maturity Framework, Vital Smarts Crucial Conversations and Influencer and Appreciative Inquiry.
Melisah holds a PhD (Management) from the UTS Business School; a Masters in Organisation Psychology from Macquarie University and a Bachelor of Science (Honours Psychology).
