Francois Faure is a Associate Consultant for Bendelta, with a unique background including qualifications in engineering, human resources, executive coaching and business management. He has been the CEO of both an engineering company and a coaching company, and has industry-leading expertise in ‘theory of constraints’ based productivity management, including leading this stream of the world’s largest SAP integration project for BHP Billiton.
Francois coaches Executives and Senior Managers in various industries (Transport, Mining, Government, Professional Services, Banking) to help them bring clarity and focus to their goals and aspirations, define roadmaps to achieve those goals and aspirations, and then execute along those roadmaps to delivery. He helps leaders to develop their capabilities in view of their aspirations, providing sustainable learning and leadership as part of the coaching process. He also works with teams to create cohesion, alignment and focus to accelerate delivery of work and enhance team well-being.
Francois has global experience in senior leadership roles across Australia and Europe. Prior to his work in Australia and Asia-Pacific, Francois was General Manager of an international coaching organisation in Europe with branches in seven countries, and has coached and mentored executives from large corporations (L’Oréal, Renault, Schlumberger) as well as entrepreneurs, artists and professional athletes. His international career also includes major project management roles with large engineering organisations, such as the Areva Group and Asea Brown Boveri, as well as senior management roles in not-for-profit organisations.
