Georgina is a Provisional Psychologist and has worked as a researcher and analyst on projects for a range of public and private sector organisations, including capability frameworks, workforce planning, leadership development, employee engagement and organisational development.
Georgina was an analyst for a workforce planning project for a large service provider in the disability sector, as well as a researcher for the design and delivery of a capability framework for an Australian aged care provider. Georgina is passionate about using a people-focused perspective to enhance the effectiveness of organisations and aspires to make a meaningful impact on the lives of the people she works with.
- Involved with a range of research projects with the University of Sydney and Macquarie University relating to mental health, resilience, burnout, workplace performance in healthcare and the enablers and barriers of client-centred compassionate care.
- Worked in the social enterprise/not-for-profit sector and start-up environment. She has applied experience in the use of human-centred design for the development of products and services.
- Currently the Chair of an Advisory Group for Radiant, a digital platform designed to reduce barriers to help seeking for people experiencing mental ill health in Australia.
