Kareem Soliman

Kareem is a Provisional Psychologist currently studying a Master of Organisational Psychology. He has experience across a variety of projects including capability frameworks, leadership development, strategic planning, assessment centres, organisational development and cultural change.

Kareem’s interests revolve around building self-awareness and emotional intelligence, and helping people better connect with their purpose, values and motivation. He has been able to develop these skills through his experience in career coaching and as a case manager in a psychiatric hospital. Kareem’s clinical experience has given him an appreciation for the impact of psychosocial challenges on daily functioning, and the value of meaningful relationships and communication skills in improving mental health outcomes, and preventing psychological injury. He is particularly passionate about creating high performing teams and supportive work environments through open communication, quality leadership and value alignment.

Kareem has completed his Bachelor of Psychological Science (Honours), Graduate Diploma of Psychological Science, and Bachelor of Business. Prior to his studies in psychology he worked for several years in the banking sector across roles within lending including: credit analysis, sales, operations and service.
