Kari is a Manager specialising in the foundations for high-trust, high performing organisations, drawing on the power of organisational psychology and behavioural science. Her expertise lies in working with organisations to improve their employee experience and manager behaviours to enable the full potential of its people.
Kari has a wide range of experience with organisations across the UK, US and Africa. She has led the design and delivery of client presentations and technical workshops, as well as spoken at various events around workplace equality and best people practices. In her most recent consulting engagement, Kari was the behaviour change expert supporting a complex organisational transformation programme of a global FTSE 100 organisation. She led the design and delivery of the behaviour change project, including improvement of their current leadership capability framework.
Kari is driven by the mission of helping organisational leaders at all levels to build and sustain a dynamic and thriving workforce by capitalising the right behaviours and leadership capabilities.
She holds a Master of Science in Global Leadership from Goldsmiths University of London.
