Lucy is a Manager who draws on her career experience and insights from the public sector, media and politics.
Lucy works with the private sector, government and not-for-profit agencies large and small to design and deliver impactful programs that maximise participant engagement and interest with long lasting impact. Lucy is passionate about supporting individuals to harness their potential and positively shape the world around them. She is committed to providing her participants with the tools, skills and confidence to enable this impact.
Prior to joining Bendelta, Lucy worked in consulting for over four years. She designed and delivered leadership programs, strategic planning sessions, as well as communication and influencing skills programs. She is also an experienced executive coach. Lucy has worked as an embedded consultant and provided media advice, event planning and issues management for major hospital redevelopments in New South Wales.
Lucy started her decade-long public service career working in the newsroom of the ABC in Sydney, where she worked as part of the production team for radio programs AM, The World Today and PM. She later joined the commonwealth public service and provided policy advice on a range of complex and cross-cutting issues, as well as working as a departmental liaison officer to several Ministers. Lucy has also worked an adviser to a Commonwealth Minister, providing media and policy advice.
As an experienced facilitator, Lucy rapidly builds connection and rapport with others. She brings a genuine curiosity and interest to organisations, people and teams that she works with. She is highly regarded for warm, outgoing manner and ability to bring out the best in others.
Lucy has completed a Bachelor of Economics and Social Sciences (Honours 1), as well as a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110). She is also a certified Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument practitioner.
