Mark is a Associate Consultant based in the United Kingdom, specialising in organisational design and development, business transformation, cultural change and leadership development. Mark’s HR and People Development career has taken in both big four consultancy and senior ‘in-the-line’ roles.
Mark’s consulting career began in the late 1990s at KPMG, before moving on to both Accenture and Capgemini. He has spent a significant period of his consulting career in Financial Services organisations, but his consulting assignments have also spanned other sectors including telecoms, education and health. Mark has led on the design and delivery of a wide range of ‘people change’ projects, covering – amongst other things – Cultural Change, Executive Coaching and Leadership Development.
Between 2013 and 2016, Mark was Head of Talent and Organisational Development at Permanent Trustee Savings Bank (PTSB) in Dublin where he was responsible for all aspects of the Bank’s Recruitment, Remuneration, and Development approaches; and was Programme Manager for the Bank’s wider HR and People Transformation effort. Under his tenure, PTSB was the recipient of the Irish Institute of Training and Development (IITD)’s Best Talent Management Programme in Ireland Award, which recognised the significant shift made in the Group’s Executive Development and Coaching Offering.
Mark holds a degree in Modern History and Politics from the University of Reading and has completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Business and Executive Coaching at University College Dublin (UCD) Smurfit Business School.
