Mark is a Principal Consultant. Mark’s expertise spans across the areas of leadership development, culture change, capability development, talent management and executive coaching. Mark joined Bendelta after thirteen years in executive human resource roles in financial and legal services. During this time, he managed and led executive leadership programs and organisation wide cultural transformation initiatives, designed and implemented talent and learning and development strategies, and established an organisation’s internal coaching practice and coaching curriculum. Prior to this, Mark held a variety of senior leadership roles in IT before his interest in human development led to a change of career.
Mark’s passion is developing the capability and confidence of individuals and teams to perform at their best. His approach is founded on deep listening, building strong personal connections, and asking insightful and provocative questions to uncover client needs and facilitate actions to achieve sustainable positive outcomes. Mark’s processes draw on his extensive personal experience of leadership, his advanced coaching and facilitation skills, and his expertise in positive psychology and neuro-leadership.
Mark holds a Bachelor’s degree with honours in Chemical Engineering from Monash University and a Graduate Diploma in HR/Industrial Relations from RMIT (awarded Australian Human Resources Institute Prize). Mark also holds a variety of accreditations that support his work in leadership development, facilitation and executive coaching. He is a current member of the board of the Holland Foundation and is currently coaching leaders in the private, public and not for profit sectors.
