Michelle specialises in designing, planning and leading consultation approaches for Bendelta. Since joining Bendelta in 2007, Michelle has led a significant number of large scale consultation projects such as sector consultation for Keep Them Safe change management training plan. Michelle is also a specialist in building capability frameworks, having led the majority of these projects for both the public, private and not for profit sectors.
- Developed a significant number of capability frameworks, core competency frameworks, focus capabilities profiles and success profiles for NSW Police and Justice, BOSTES NSW, Community Services NSW, Ageing, Disability and Home Care (both now part of Family and Community Services NSW), Department of Home Affairs, ASIC, Sydney Ports, Uniting, Mission Australia and a multitude of private sector organisations.
- Worked as a project manager and key consultant for the review of governance for Aboriginal Hostels Ltd, a number of workforce and leadership projects for Ageing Disability and Home Care, Community Services NSW.
- Provided Coaching to people from Culturally and Linguistically Diverse communities and Aboriginal and Torres Straits Islander communities.
- Worked as an executive coach and 360-degree feedback provider for a range of clients working with vulnerable communities, e.g. Department of Justice Victoria, Department of Human Services Victoria, Family and Community Services NSW (Ageing, Home Care and Disability), Amnesty International, NSW Health and a number of private sector organisations.
Michelle has a particular interest in working with vulnerable communities. She has been a volunteer with Compeer for over 12 years (part of St Vincent de Paul Society) where she provides companionship/friendship to an individual with mental health issues/disorders. Michelle is also a mentor for university graduates and students via the UNSW Business School and GlobalScope/UTS.
