Rebecca is a Manager with a background in organisation design, organisational development, culture transformation, reward and change management. She has led and project managed business transformation projects to align client operating models to strategy. Her expertise lies in working with individuals, teams and organisations to better understand how they can optimise business performance through their people strategies. She can lead the creation of human-centered solutions and is energised by the opportunities to improve processes and drive innovation. She’s not afraid of a challenge and strives to solve problems effectively.
Rebecca has built a portfolio of diverse skills and experiences ranging across organisations in the Banking and Financial Services, Healthcare, Technology, Retail, AREITs, Government, Urban Infrastructure, Resources, Oil and Gas, and NFP sectors.
Prior to Bendelta, Bec held various consulting roles at Ernst & Young and Korn Ferry Hay Group and more recently went in-house in an organisational development role where she led their emerging talent and diversity & inclusion portfolios. She is an alumni member of the UNSW Business School and continues to mentor young leaders from the University. She holds certificates in Service Design from Academy Xi and ideo.org and is accredited in a range of assessment tools measuring capability, personality, potential and more.
