Rob is a Senior Manager and migrated to consulting after launching his career in creative advertising. He has since focused on professional facilitating skills; leading small and large groups of cross-functional stakeholders through iterative and challenging solution design. Part creative communicator, part coach, part consultant, Rob looks to guide clients with clarity and purpose. He prides himself on his professional ability to embed ownership, cadence and cooperation into the often-chaotic cultures of the organisations with which he works through disruptive thinking, insight, removal of impediments, and an inquisitive view of the organisational system; all with the view of raising clients’ levels of ambition and achieving their potential.
Rob has led delivery teams and clients of all levels while working in Australia, New Zealand, the USA and parts of Europe, in sectors such as utilities, government, telecommunications, aviation, finance, pharmaceuticals, and charity, among others. Working with both large and boutique consulting firms, Rob has owned significant, impactful programs of work by facilitating iterative on-client-site processes geared towards making and breaking ideas and time-boxed problem solving as well as more punctual, targeted engagements that tackle prioritised issues of generous proportions.
Rob holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, is a trained MG Taylor facilitator, AWARD School graduate, and certified ScrumMaster.
“Rob just wants to leave things better than how he found them.”
