Tracey specialises in organisational development strategy, learning design, facilitation and executive coaching. Tracey leads organisational and learning design projects with a strong customer focus; tailoring outcomes to meet client’s business, people and cultural change objectives. She has an extensive background in HR strategy gained in Australia and Asia. Tracey has worked with both public and private sector organisations across a range of industries in her consulting career.
- Led the design of numerous Employee Development and Capability Strategies to achieve organisational goals through enhanced capability. Designed associated capability frameworks, success profiles and learning strategies to ensure desired capability enhancement translates to on-the-job changes in behaviour. Client organisations have included NSW Ministry of Health, WA Public Sector Commission, OilSearch, Australian Electoral Commission.
- Significant experience in executive coaching, 360-degree feedback and facilitation with Westpac Bank, Transport for NSW, Rabobank, Telstra and CSR.
- Substantial expertise in the development of women.
- Worked as a key consultant for a major culture reform project with NSW Department of Education.
Tracey was a chair of the Board for a not-for-profit disability organisation, helping to create the pathway for the organisation to transition to the NDIS.
