Doors open at 8:15am, with coffee, breakfast and registration available. The formal program will begin at 9:00am sharp, so please plan to arrive with enough time to check in and get settled.
Just bring yourself, a clear view of your organisational challenge and come ready to participate in this immersive experience. If you’re someone who likes to write, a pen and notebook might be useful, but otherwise, everything you need will be taken care of.
We understand that unexpected things pop up. If you are no longer able to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a suitable colleague. Please reach out and let us know their details ahead of time so we can update our records.
If you are at the correct venue but can’t locate your group, please reach out to any staff member wearing a coloured shirt or a Bendelta lanyard. They can quickly direct you to the right place.

(You might be lying on the floor dreaming up the future, or dancing into the night.) There will be some walking involved, so comfortable shoes are strongly recommended.
Wayfinder isn’t a conference.

This October, 200 Wayfinders from 50 of the nation’s most future-facing organisations will step through unopened doors. Not to attend- but to co-create. To challenge what is. To shape what’s next.
Each Wayfinder will bring with them a real organisational challenge- the kind that shakes systems and keeps leaders up at night. Together, we’ll crack them open. Stretch them. Flip them.
Across three immersive, emotionally charge experiences, we’ll unearth insights, collide perspectives, and ignite bold breakthroughs.
This isn’t participation. It’s provocation. Ownership. Co-authorship. Because honestly – why are we still trying to solve this alone?
