Due to the highly curated and limited nature of the Wayfinder experience, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind or personal circumstances, unless we are required to provide a refund or exchange under law.
Tickets are only transferable within your organisation, at the same organisational level, and require written approval from the Wayfinder team. This ensures the integrity of the carefully curated cohort is maintained.
