unopened doors. Not to attend- but to co-create. To challenge what is. To shape what’s next.
Each Wayfinder will bring with them a real organisational challenge- the kind that shakes systems
and keeps leaders up at night. Together, we’ll crack them open. Stretch them. Flip them.
Across three immersive, emotionally charged experiences, we’ll unearth insights,
collide perspectives, and ignite bold breakthroughs.
This isn’t participation.
It’s provocation. Ownership. Co-authorship.

CPO Roundtable Lunch
- An invitation-only table for Australia’s 50 most progressive Chief People Officers.
- Big questions, bold provocations, strategy redrawn over dessert.

UTS Immersion
- Leave the boardroom for UTS research labs.
- Stretch thinking and reframe challenges, being face-to-face with faculty and futurists to prototype and pressure test your challenge.

Full day immersion of past, present and future
- Two Wayfinders from each organisation converge for a full-day, multi-sensory collision of ideas.
- Latest thinking, live co-creation, micro-manifestos forged – walk out ready to transform insight into action.
Sydney: 21 October, 8:30am for 9:00am start, Tea Room QVB.
