Serving clients across Australia, their work in job sizing/work value assessments, organisation restructuring and tailored recruitment and development assessments is seen as the highest standard in the market.

These expertise areas will be a great complement to Bendelta’s existing strengths in organisational design and people analytics, and further enhance the benefits we create for clients.

All current Workplace Research permanent employees will become Bendelta employees on 1^st July and all of their methodologies and intellectual property will also come across.

If you have worked with Workplace Research in the past, you will be able to continue doing so in exactly the same way, with the same team, methods and quality levels. Indeed, we will retain the branding of “Workplace Research” for work conducted in their fields of expertise, given their high regard in the market.

We are also very excited about the impact of this for our Canberra office and for our work with all levels of government (where Workplace Research are particularly well-known). Combined with some other recent hiring (such as last week’s announcement of Sonia Sharp joining), this means that our on-the-ground team in Canberra will almost double in size, again enhancing our ability to best serve our clients.
